Alexander who is the creative brain and executive chef of Atlantiko, has been working in Brussels, Spain and the UK with a range of clients over the past 10 years. When he isnt working with our Brussels team, he can most often be found dreaming up new recipes and working his orchard and working farm in La Palma, where he and his partner Yunior are growing avocados, figs, macadamias, mangoes and other delicious sub-tropical and temperate produce, with a view to opening a farm-to-table restaurant in the near future.

Our love of travel and our gourmet curiosity keep our menus creative and fresh, meaning we can provide exactly what our customers require, whether that is a unique banquet to celebrate a special occasion or a impressive canapés to wow your associates. We take a holistic view to ensure that the venue, service, food and drinks enable exactly the atmosphere our clients seek, regardless of season or budget.

Beyond our usual seasonal menus, Alex can help you create a perfect menu for any event. Recently we have prepared a 15 course Ukranian menu, as well as themed event focusing on Berlin in the 1920s or even a fusion of Low Countries farming fayre meets Thai… so whatever your request might be, we´d be happy to work with you to make your event super special.
